I recently attended a preventive dental cleaning procedure, it was done in 15 minutes, a maximum of 20, which I was surprised at. Maintenance, modern equipment, everything is fine, but when I came home and examined the result, I was upset, because the plaque was not completely cleaned off on the front teeth at the bottom, and on several others located deeper, these are only those that I could consider, the procedure was completed by 70 percent. This is not the first time I have done prevention, so I know how a good result should look, 150 rubles in 15-20 minutes is not a small amount, I ask the management to review the time of this procedure and take at least 30-35 minutes for it, so that the doctor has time to carry out the procedure more carefully, and not in a hurry.

We were at the center a couple of days ago - my husband was doing 3D CT for Laura. There was a serious problem that required an urgent snapshot to understand how bad everything was. There are friendly girls at the reception, which I can't say about the X-ray technician... They took a picture of him, but NOTHING was answered to a simple question that falls within his competence, by the way! The X-ray technician just waved him off, saying that I couldn't talk because of the camera in the office! Are you there already?! Everything that falls within his competence, he can speak and, as a medic, I know it perfectly well and understand that he just didn't want to!!! It was very unpleasant and insulting, because the problem required an urgent solution and delay could be expensive! I was in 2 branches of dentistry. Everything was always fine.
The last time in April, the filling on the front tooth was replaced, due to the fact that it was old (about 10 years). After the replacement, the pain began, it was redone 3 times during six months. The replacement was in pieces, not in its entirety. 9 months have passed since the first replacement and the filling began to move away from the tooth, crumble and remained rough, although they said it would become smooth over time. The price in general was about 400 rubles. The quality was very disappointing. It still hurts when cleaning, eating and food clings to the rough edge.

I did the procedure for installing implants at the clinic on 06/14/2024. Everything went just fine, despite my panic fears and terrible fear of dentists. The procedure is absolutely painless. Яна мне не толькі пачысьціла зубы, а яшчэ паглядзела 3D здымак зубоў, расказала пра зубы, якія патрэбна лячыць (на здымку бачна), якой пастай і шчоткай чысьціць зубы і як чысьціць (з чым я цалкам згодзен)!

After removal and implantation, they call back (this fact was pleasantly surprised) for 2-3 days and are interested in the condition, the presence of pain or other unpleasant symptoms. I have only seen such medical equipment and offices in films. In case of future dental problems, I will contact only here and recommend this clinic to my friends.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a clinic. I performed a CT scan for the surgeon and orthodontist, the picture turned out to be cropped, the front teeth are not visible. Immediately after the picture, there was a consultation with a surgeon, but I learned that the CT was poorly done only in another country from an orthodontist
I had to redo it more expensive in Russia, respectively, the radiation dose is again, although not large, but 3 D pictures are recommended to be taken no more than once every 3 months
I applied to the clinic, the money for the picture was returned, 39 rubles, although I had to redo 3 d jaws with TMJ for 6000 rubles (about 210 byn).
Although I was recommended surgeons from this clinic, I am dissatisfied with the work of the center itself. It is better to make it more expensive and high-quality right away

Also, this doctor sent me for tooth extraction, after which I already went for removal, where I did not get a wonderful surgeon from the same clinic, who advised me to first transfer this tooth, and not to splice it. For obvious reasons, I went to another specialist and there, after a consultation on the CT scan, I was told that it was a pity that such people generally work in dentistry, who offered to remove a tooth that only requires replacement of the filling, and not removal. I am very grateful to the surgeon Rybak, who did not remove a healthy tooth, he is an excellent doctor. He removed the root of another tooth for me and everything went very well, so I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
