On 27.07, the ATM debited 138,000 AMD from the account, and at the same time did not issue either cash or a check.
A bank employee on the hotline said that you need to write an online application and within 2-3 business days the money will be returned to the account.
Today is 1.08, there are still no funds in the account, bank employees feed breakfast and delete their messages in the support chat, they do not provide any documents and transaction receipts to confirm the refund.
This bank is engaged in accounting, no one is responsible for technical lags and non-fulfillment of obligations to the client.
I do not advise you to be a resident of this bank, judging by the reviews, this is a normal practice of stealing funds through ATMs and exchange machines!
