I don't visit Lida very often, visiting my family. Just on such a visit, we gathered at the Euroopt store closest to us, it was on the eve of NG 2022!!! In principle, there are no questions about the assortment, there is a lot of choice of both local production and imported goods, but as for the behavior of the staff, I have not seen such rudeness for a long time....Since there are huge queues at the ticket offices on the eve of the holiday, we went to the self-service checkout. We had a question about weight products and we asked for help from the administrator of Sh ... O.N. The girl immediately reacted rather nervously to our questions. Then she poked at the screen very quickly, and when asked to explain what she had done, the administrator switched to a nervous scream. Naturally, we made a remark to her that she needed to behave more calmly and explain more clearly on our issue, but she completely lost her temper. The girl worker started talking very boorishly, like she doesn't have to explain anything. That there are a lot of people in the store and you are at the self-service checkout, and if something is not clear to you, then go to the regular checkout, and she does not have to explain anything here. The question is, why is she standing there then??I had to ask to call the senior in the hall - the senior cashier. Unlike the previous virgo, the eldest said very calmly that this is what we are for, to help with any questions that arise, helped us and showed us everything we asked! Special thanks to her for that! But I wanted to leave a review about the work of the administrator Sh.... O.N. And what was my surprise that, firstly, they did not want to give me a book of complaints; secondly, they blamed me that the holiday was coming, why was I doing this - spoiling the mood of the staff and that I had no conscience at all; thirdly - the madam who was sitting at the counter was no better than that "assistant" receptionist. She talked very impudently and impudently, not understanding at all or unwilling, but most likely not considering polite treatment necessary. The words "please" or "be kind," etc.D. apparently have not been used in their vocabulary for a long time. How to communicate with human customers the store probably has its own "parochial" rules: not seeing any shores or borders, raising his voice, allowing himself familiarity, hints of some incomprehensible directly to the buyer. I was shocked!!! I did not expect such an attitude from the staff and the sediment from this situation after going grocery shopping. What is wrong with these workers, why are they not being deprimanded, not punished, if they allow themselves such rudeness? They allow themselves to yell, almost to send. The impression was terrible, disgusting!! I rarely write negative reviews, unless something really hurt. Well, this is just such a case! I hope the management will read and take action! Such behavior should be covered by the ruble! Maybe then next time these workers will think 100 times before being rude, rude to store visitors.
