Among the advantages: polite staff, try to help, a normal selection of products, location. Self-service cash registers save time. Filin cheese, seafood, fruits for the promotion (not overdue) are pleasing. Prices are generally affordable. The coffee is delicious, but it cools down in 2 minutes. It's like an amateur in terms of temperature.
Of the cons: some products are not always fresh (I do NOT recommend taking cottage cheese, ALWAYS look at the date, once I already lost my health due to moldy cottage cheese, which was still good for 3-4 days: I noticed the blue mold only closer to the bottom of the package, when I had already eaten a plate of cottage cheese. The cheeses are the same, sometimes the time is good, but it tastes like it's already rotten.
The buns and Mochi are stale on the second day. And if everything is clear with the buns, they say, fresh today and stale for tomorrow morning, then it's not clear with the Mochi in the package. They've been in the store for exactly 1 day, but they taste like they've been a week old: the shell is cracked, tastes like lumps, and the filling is more or less complete, but it doesn't save the product. This wasn't the case before, but now, apparently, this is the new norm.
Also, the croissant with condensed milk, which I bought here for the first time, turned out to be empty (photo below). The next croissant on the shelf looked different and had a different price tag. I don't think they were confused. There were only 2 of them on the shelf. I know you can't keep track of everything, but it made me sad.
Also containers. There are strong ones with a blue lid, they're really good. And there is a set of transparent ones. So the second ones cracked and holed in some unimaginable way on the corners of the bottom and the edges of the walls on the way home. Only 2-3 containers remained intact. And I was carrying them separately in my hand, not in a bag with something heavy.
In general, it's a good store if you know what you can and can't take. And you have to pay for it, unfortunately, not only with money, but with your health and time (
I wish this store to pay attention to the suppliers of products and the rules of storage.

I don't like this Euroopt.It's very small, there are a lot of people, and two cash desks are open periodically.it's good that there is a self-service checkout, but this is for young people who understand...and an old grandmother or grandfather doesn't know how to use it, and then what??? It's not convenient for them to stand in such a queue at the same cashier, and it's painful for them.There are almost no sellers on the floor to ask for something, since prices are not everywhere.

The opinion specifically about this store has become sharply negative due to a couple of cases linked together by one person. I always try to pay with a card everywhere, since I work in trade myself and I know what a lack of change is. But one day I didn't have a card with me, only cash. Now most of the cash registers have been removed there and self-service points have been set up, so I almost always come across the same female cashier (blonde short hair, aged, plump). When calculating, she asked for change: in coins or from a card. Not out of spite, but because I didn't have it, I couldn't help her. After that, the change, the check and the package were thrown to me, if not thrown like a bone to soyaka, with such a sour expression on her face, as if I had piled a lot on her lunch. Neither have a good day, nor thank you for the purchase (which is generally rare to hear there). She left with mixed feelings. After a while, I settled with this woman again. Twice she ignored my explicit requests to punch the package. I carried everything in my hands, on principle I did not return, it was not pleasant. Still silent and with a sour face. Why do you work with people if they annoy you and everyone is to blame for being a victim?

Everything is "as usual" in Euroopt chain stores (assortment). There are self-service ticket offices, its own mini-bakery.
There is no toilet (the nearest one is in the pizzeria around the corner).
A few days ago, a professional coffee machine was installed. With the most affordable price of 1.5-1.6 rubles ($ 0.55) for espresso and $ 0.90 for cappuccino, which is made from real milk (from the refrigerator). Not powdered!!! The coffee itself, of course, is average - 60 Arabica + 40 robusta. But look at the price! + cup + syrup. I am under a pleasant impression!!!
Otherwise, I repeat: standard, ordinary Euroopt.

The choice of goods for the supermarket is very modest, the quality of fruits often leaves much to be desired (and the choice too). Today (07/17/2023) I bought Savushkin milk, but it turned out to be sour (the shelf life is indicated on the bottle until 07/24/2023), apparently the storage rules were violated. ((( But there are also advantages: there are no queues at the self-service ticket offices, which pleases; the store is large, there is no crowding; I did not notice large queues either; there are almost always fresh pastries.
Let's say everything is in comparison, near the house of another Euroopt (Levkova, 9), so it's generally empty, there's no choice, as if the store is not in the Capital, but in the village.

An ordinary store is an average good store. There is more choice than in the neighbors nearby, but less than we would like. There are just products, but the choice is small.
