Terrible service at the checkout, firstly, the cashier was quite slow, at another checkout the queue moved 5 times faster, and the queue was the same size.
Secondly, direct rudeness, I had a bill of 100 rubles, and at first she looked at me as if she wanted to send, then she started begging and demanding to pay with a smaller bill. She threw the change at me so hard that all the coins flew, I guess I need to say thank you for not to my face.
If I could have given it 5 stars, this is an unacceptable level of service for the center of Minsk, and I would advise the store management not to let inadequate and unbalanced employees to serve people!

I always go to your store before work. I love buying pastries from you, always fresh and delicious. But on Friday, 03/22/2024 +-11:00 in the morning, I witnessed a picture of an incomprehensible woman screaming obscenities at the entire store. All this was happening in the baking department, as far as I understood, she was yelling at an employee from the same department. The screaming lady herself was without a uniform, a light dress, loose dark hair, unfortunately she did not see a badge. I do not know what position this woman holds, but clearly no one had the right to shout obscenities at an employee. The situation is out of the ordinary. Take action against this lady.

An ordinary store, but without meat cutting (like a Hit!Express). Two serious inconveniences: 1. Despite the presence of a ramp for wheelchair users, the descent to the basement hall for groceries, frozen food and vegetables is represented only by a staircase (therefore there are no shopping carts in the store); 2. Cash desks (of which 4) are located two in a row facing each other, so distant cashiers have to call customers from queues with their voices.

I was in this store now, I stood in line at the checkout for 20 minutes. 5 cash registers working alone. The queue stretched to the bread department!!!! It's just a mess. No one wants to work in this store. I even suspect why. The PO doesn't want to pay anyone. The bosses think everyone should work like slaves for free.
