Disgusting. There are a lot of inconveniences for the buyer.
1. Starting from the entrance, the first sliding door is OK, the second sliding door never works. I have to warm up in the cubicle with the customers coming out.
2. At the exit, near the cash registers, there is a one-table area for packing products.
3. Ventilation is not working well. The smell of burnt chicken was everywhere in the store today.
4. There is no normal cooking.
This operator does not deserve a nice place in the very center of the city.

It seems that a curse has hung over this place:

— uncomfortable use of space, you have to skip, or squeeze between vegetables and vodka.
However, the plus for employees is that queues pass quickly enough, and several ticket offices are always open.

On the 20th of November 2021, we visited this store. Passing by the section with pastries and Bread, a Cockroach was found calmly crawling along the wall (the end of the tile or something). A cockroach runs on the wall near bread and pastries, I repeat once again. This rating (3 out of 5) is because if you take coffee, water, etc. that cannot be opened or spoiled.., then the store can correspond to 3 points.

Eternal queues. The cashiers are sitting with a detached look. I also worked as a cashier, but in the Green. And I know all this "kitchen" perfectly well. But I'm sorry, I didn't allow myself such a rude attitude towards customers. And the fulfillment of the regulations should be 100% demanded from us and could be deprived of the bonus. Even after I was fired from the store, I spoke out of habit when paying at the checkout: "Thanks for the purchase, come to us again!🤦♀️". It was terrible and funny at the same time. And here they can't even ask for a card or offer a package.

Fruits, vegetables and freezing are very little represented (the neighboring Euroopt on Independence, 48 will give a head start in this regard). The cash desks are conveniently located, but without a conveyor belt.
