He asked the guards or the sellers to do something or give him a phone to call the police. They said they don't have phones and they won't do anything, it's not their problem. Therefore, I deservedly give 1 star and I will choose hippo or Santa.

Sellers are very rude!
Recent inventions - self-service ticket offices require wearing masks, although I only communicate with a barcode scanner. Yesterday, a store employee who is supposed to help at the self-service ticket offices gave a mask and started demanding money for it. After I quoted an excerpt from the ruling, the demands to give money stopped. Question - did the store's management come up with such a business or is it the invention of this employee? Once a guy worked at the self-service ticket offices, he spoke very correctly, but apparently the management does not need such workers.
In addition, there is absolutely no place at the self-service cash desks to turn around and put down purchases, you constantly run into someone.
