At 00.00, there is one cash register and several self-service cash registers, but we did not take into account one point that there is also a single cashier, and this lovely woman cannot tear herself up to go punch cigarettes for those who want to serve her cash register, and make a note: "there are 18" when alcohol is bought at self-service cash desks.....a lot of people were standing and indignant, and they can be understood, someone was swearing at this female cashier, but it's not her fault that she's on shift alone.....

I came to the store for steaks, instead of steaks I received outrageous rudeness. Steaks in this store were always in one place, when I came to the store today, I did not find a single package, went around all the counters with meat, and, not finding what I wanted, turned to the seller of the meat department.... in response, she heard: "I DON'T KNOW" - just like that, syllabically and irritably, after which the seller defiantly turned his back, showing that the conversation was over and went about his business (he had no other customers at that moment).
On my previous visit, I heard how the seller of the sausage department was rude to a very elderly woman who could not find the price tag for the goods placed in his department.
I don't think that this is acceptable in principle in any store, in any field of trade... It's a pity you can't put a zero.
