The huge disadvantage is that few cash registers work. Sometimes you have to stand in line for a long time, and there is not enough money on the card for a self-service checkout, for example. Basically, only two ticket offices are open during rush hour. The cashiers' work is improperly organized. For example, during the hours from 17 to 19, you even need to put the main cashier so that all the cash registers work. People are coming home from work and everyone wants to be served as soon as possible .
