Of all the delivery services, European Post is generally the most unloved for us — they have already made some mistakes several times in different branches - they lost parcels, confused stickers, delayed shipments. Удобное место для отправки. Но персонал желает лучшего. Как у вас проходит отбор по вакансии мне не понять. Речь не внятная, как будто, какие-то проблемы со здоровьем, каменные лица. Я все понимаю, но на почте должны работать люди доброжелательные и с нормальной дикцией.

Наличие «Обеда» - это конечно отсыл к Советскому союзу. Сместите график двух сотрудников на час и вуаля - мы уже в современном мире.
И да, должны работать 2 человека, а не один, как было в 15-50 31/07/2023 не смотря что понедельник.
Поэтому и отзывы плохие, да и нервно все проходит.

Ужасный пункт выдачи, на который когда идешь, нужно выделять час времени. Все очень медленно, нерасторопно, вечно огромные очереди, при том что операции у всех быстрые, на других пунктах такого не встречала. Всегда по возможности из за этого избегаю отправления через Европочту.Замените сотрудника.

Отличное отделение, правда стало чуть дальше, раньше ходил в тц зеркало, очереди практически нет, люди жалуются на то что помещение не очень большое, по мне так себе претензия, вам же там не танк парковать, хотя я думаю там танк поместится) и человек 10 как минимум могут находится там свободно. По поводу того что отделения сложно найти, то же не согласен, все просто, и указатели есть, и на карте правильно отмечено (сам отмечал). В общем все супер 👍

Любимое отделение. Сотрудники всегда приветливы, хоть и устают за день. Если что-то непонятно, то помогут, подскажут.
Вечером есть шанс попасть на очередь. Но в последнее время стали работать по двое, поэтому работа идет быстрее.

Ужасно! Пришло смс о получении, в итоге уже 40 минут закрыто с окончания обеда. Свет горит! Внутри есть люди. По горячей линии отсылают писать жалобу. А толку? Как поукчить мой оплаченный заказ? Кто мне ответит? Вывесок никаких нет. Я не буду платить за другую доставку и за задержку тоже!

Попалась отвратительный специалист, торопила чтобы быстрее забирали заказ или отойти в сторону забирать, при том что места организованного нет. В ближайшем пункте никогда так не вели себя, всегда дожидалась пока клиент заберет свой заказ. Верните назад пункт на богдановича 89!!!!
