I express my great indignation to the agent of the Expert agency Olga Rubezh. We want to buy an apartment, we are interested in one option, and unfortunately the agent Olga Rubezh is engaged in the sale of this apartment. We got through, we wanted to coordinate the day of viewing the apartment, at the time of the call, the agent did not know when he would receive the keys and promised to call back when the information was known, asked for the name, kept the contact. Unfortunately, Olga has nothing to stay in her head, a day has passed, no one has called back. I understand, maybe I've been running around, there are a lot of clients, you won't remember all of them. I call myself, I probably get through 6 times, she addressed me by name, i.e. she wrote down the phone, it already turns out she received the keys and started showing the apartment, we agreed to see the apartment on Friday, called on Wednesday. The agent has his own peculiarity, likes to hang up at the end of a conversation, kind of leave me alone. Friday came, I called beforehand to find out if the meeting would take place or not, of course I did not get through the first time, it turns out that on Thursday the person agreed to buy an apartment and wants to make a deposit, she forgot about our viewing a long time ago, remembered only during the conversation. What was the problem with calling back and telling them that they had found a buyer. An irresponsible person, apparently unable to cope with a large amount of information, incompetent. I do not advise contacting this agent, she does not know how to treat clients with respect. Avoid Olga Rubezh.
