The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center near the railway station, but the noise of trains, and the city itself, is not heard in the room at all. Pleasant smiling professional staff. For those checking in, please note: from 14.00 to 15.00 there is a technical break, but the chairs and sofas in the lobby are very comfortable.

Very comfortable and clean hotel! Between the car and the railway station. Modern good repair. The passage to the rooms through the security post, they open the door to the elevators, I am glad that an outsider will not enter. There is a cooler in the hall with cold, hot and room temperature water!
The registration is fast, the staff is friendly.
I did not find a website through which to book, it also did not work through Yandex, I wrote directly to the hotel via Telegram, booked without prepayment, I was very pleased!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A pleasant price-quality ratio. Convenient location, located in the city center. Parking on the territory of the hotel with a barrier is convenient for residents traveling by private transport. The staff is polite and helpful. At the time of check-in, we realized that we had booked a room with access to the platform. The request to change the room was accepted with understanding and the number was found. The view from the windows is beautiful, especially in the evening. The room has everything you need (extra blanket, hairdryer, appliances, dishes, kettle, refrigerator). There are no cafes and buffets in the hotel itself. But thanks to the nearby infrastructure, there were no inconveniences.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Everything is clean, tidy, and well renovated. Entrance is everywhere (even on the floor)according to the cards. Even the most standard room has a refrigerator and all toiletries. Very friendly staff at the reception. The hotel is clearly not 3 stars. We checked in for 1 night in a first class room (above only a suite) without prior reservation (cannot be booked online). Check-in is quite long, compared to other hotels in other countries, and the receptionist can go somewhere right before your check-in (for a couple of minutes).
One of the advantages is the spaciousness of the room, you can not hear the noise from the street with the windows closed, key cards, convenient location almost in the city center and the train station nearby.
Of the cons:
1. There are no offered bags of drinks (tea, coffee), only mugs.
2. there is no safe.
3. black mold in the bathroom (the bottom edge of the shower cabin itself is moving away)
4. plumbing leaves much to be desired (the toilet is broken, the faucet in the washbasin and the shower should be replaced with new ones long ago).
5. of the guest accessories, only slippers and bathroom products, no bathrobes.
6. The price is too high for this service and room ($45 per night in first class)
If this is the case in a first-class room, I'm afraid to imagine rooms in a lower class.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The location is good, the windows looked out on the platform, but the noise of the trains is not audible. There are some echoes of Soviet times: a sign with no seats and a menacing look at the reception desk, why did you complain.

I do not know how other rooms in the hotel are, but I was in the standard 2-bed (2800 for the price), I will say one thing: the room is just to be re-connected for a maximum of 2-3 days.
