I like the feature that drivers call before the trip, as a rule, they call an hour before the trip or in the evening, if the trip is in the morning, so I'm sure there will be a trip, I usually specify the pick-up point to be sure that I correctly named the stop. The driver is polite, laconic, but his job is to drive, not chat with passengers. The minibus smells delicious and clean, I hate it when they allow you to eat something stinky in minibuses, eat at home, you sit there and smell white from the train station. Paying for a minibus in cash immediately, no wonder, it's everywhere in the country, you just need to carry cash for travel. The trip was quick and pleasant, if you think about your trip in advance, then it will be as comfortable as possible.

The most disgusting attitude towards their customers. This review refers to the dispatcher of this minibus. I have never met such a boorish attitude anywhere, the dispatcher allows himself unacceptable things in conversation. Despite the fact that I asked questions that fall within her competence and are not provocative. The nervous woman did not give me answers to them and was unreasonably rude. And there was another case when the application crashed. Somehow, my trip was canceled on its own. And when I called the dispatcher an hour before the trip and proved that I had not canceled the order, she made me look stupid, she also talked in raised tones. When I made a remark, insults flew in my direction. (Apparently it's the same woman in 2 cases). It all ended with the fact that 10 minutes before leaving the city, the driver called me and informed me that a seat had been vacated (oddly enough). The service leaves much to be desired. In comparison with such a service, I would recommend either Favorit 999 or Atlas. Very polite staff at these carriers and dispatchers always offer to sign up for a reserve on busy days (in case a place is available for the required time). By the way, when I asked the 777 dispatcher if there was such a possibility of writing to the reserve, I was refused....

The horror! How are such cars allowed to transport people at all?! The noise level in the cabin and the rattling of the body on a flat track is off the scale. Old and dirty inside with a stink of dust. Not cars, but antediluvian seeders or gypsy caravans. The complete absence of any concern for passengers. We barely got there, full of discomfort. My rating is minus 5 stars. I will be very careful now not to get caught EVER again.

I ordered a minibus for 7 am , they said that the departure from Kirov was near the casino , I waited for 3 minutes , at 6:55 I called and said that not near the casino but near the tower on Kirov 2 . We ordered a minibus, 2 seats. The driver called and told me the place and time. After 5 minutes, another driver called and said that we would have another car. As a result, we did not go at all. Because both one and the other driver called and yelled at us that we had misunderstood something there! When we called the dispatcher and told the situation, she also rudely started talking to us. She said it was our fault. We have 2 seats ordered in the application, one driver also has 2, but the address is different, and the second one has 1 seat at all! Instead of trying to smooth this situation out somehow, two drivers and a dispatcher just yelled at us and hung up on us!Well done! You have the "best" employees in your company! When boarding the car, the driver began to be rude to me when he saw that I had a stroller and hand luggage, he began to poke at the rules of passenger transportation and hinted that I had to order two seats, because one hand luggage was put on one person and they say that because of my stroller, other passengers would have nowhere to put their bags, he spoke rudely and in raised tones, while he was gathering people around Slutsk, I was worried about the bag, I wanted to take it under my feet, but in the end, we had a half-empty minibus, where only 5 people went to Minsk on orders, then the question arises if he knew that there were few people, Why would you take it out on me over that bag and stroller? Teach your drivers to treat the customer with respect, and not to be rude, the mood was spoiled. On a previous trip, another driver also reproached me because of the stroller, they say he has a small trunk, so fewer seats need to be poked so that people have somewhere to put their bags.

The guys have gone bad!!! On June 27, at 15.00, I was traveling along the Minsk-Slutsk route. The car can 't be worse , it was a sausage , so you jump up to the ceiling from the seat (probably without the amartizers of the car ) There is clearly no question of any technical inspection. Even the perfect stretch of road from Gatsuk cracked so that the brains jumped out of my head. The most terrible trip of my life.
