The bus broke down on the way.
The dispatcher replied that a new one would be sent in about 3 hours.
Missing the plane is our problem.
The fact that the bus broke down is not the fault of the Express Bus, it is the equipment and the money will not be returned.

Avoid it, ***! We booked places with my wife there and back next to each other in St. Petersburg. On the way back, they drop us seats 18-19 and assure us that they are nearby. As a result, one place is 18, the second is 7 in the lists of drivers. The company did not get in touch, the situation was not resolved.

The review is not about the drivers, but about the manager. I wrote a message to Viber a day before the call and prescribed what I was interested in. No one called me back, no questions were answered in Viber. As a result, I called myself, got through from the 10th time. He politely told me what he wrote in Viber and no one answered me... (Why specify messengers on the site if you do not respond to them?) Did you start asking questions about sockets and wi-fi? the model of the bus? I didn't get any clear answers to that, all the information needs to be spelled out. To summarize. The quality of the dispatcher's work leaves much to be desired. it pushes you away from using the services.

I ordered a transfer from Vnukovo from them. So all the information on the site is a LIE!! Their carrier is Virage M, just a terrible company. No one told me about it, there is no such information on the website. And I saw that it was a turn in fact. My eye twitched, but I had no choice. And when I called to find out how it happened that I was sitting with a suitcase on my head, and there was not even a question of any comfortable bus, (thank you for at least freezing everything off and listening to enough rudeness, and not getting it in the face from the drivers) it turns out that express bass does not bear any responsibility! Okay, for the carrier, but are they not responsible for the information on the site either?! We've settled in great! They cooperate with someone, they provide false information, but they are not responsible....fine

The transfer from Vilnius on 11/24/2019 by minibus exceeded all my expectations. A very comfortable bus, fast passage of the border, noted taxfree, we stopped at the store after the Lithuanian border. We were on the road for 5 hours despite the day off. I will recommend you and use it myself.

All the way to Zatoka from Minsk, some kind of stick (part of the shelf design) prevented sleeping from above, the hatch Located above the head leaked during the rain, dripped directly onto passengers, there was no Internet promised on the territory of Ukraine at ALL. I put three stars, not one, we still got there, the drivers did well, the conductor too.

We took a transfer for flights Kaunas-Rimini-Kaunas. The only advantage is good drivers. We went there on a sprinter, and back on a big bus. In both cases, the trips were hellish. The seats have long needed to be replaced, worn out, the adjustment does not work, it is simply unrealistic to sit comfortably, I just wanted to get up and stand.. The vacation started with back pain and ended with neck pain. I do not recommend this carrier to anyone.
