This is the second time we have contacted Rosa, and each time she has demonstrated high professionalism and attentive attitude to our needs. Rosa finds out in detail all the preferences regarding housing and fairly provides information about the pros and cons of each object. I especially appreciate her responsible approach to checking the landlords. This creates confidence that we are choosing a reliable and safe place to stay. Rosa offered us our new home, which turned out to be on the list of the first three options, which indicates her accurate understanding of our desires. It took us only a week to find a place to live! The contract that Rosa draws up is always clearly structured, and she speaks out all the details correctly, which helps to avoid misunderstandings in the future. I also want to note the professionalism and responsibility of Lyudmila, an employee of the company who helped us in finding housing. Her warm and friendly approach to work made the search process even more enjoyable. And another interesting point: in the process of searching for a house, we took into account our pets — a cat and a dog. It really added complexity, but Rosa and Lyudmila showed high professionalism, taking into account all our requirements, including animals. It really was a "problem with an asterisk", which they successfully solved! P.S. The office design is beautiful!

We were looking for an apartment with friends for a long time. I've been corresponding with several realtors for a week and it's still not the same. Then I was lucky, I noticed an ad from Rosa in the telegram, and I was immediately attracted that these were not photos, but a full-fledged video review, according to which I immediately understood everything about the apartment. The price was a little higher than the budget, but I wrote to Rosa and suggested options that could fit into our budget. She discussed them with the landlord and everything worked out, and everyone was satisfied. Plus, I found the ad in the rent-free group, and in principle I didn't really hope that it would work somehow, but Rosa herself, when discussing the price, said that since I found it there, there would be no commission. Throughout the negotiations, Rosa always answered clearly and quickly discussed all points with the landlord. We also used an inexpensive but convenient service from Eyris and signed a contract in two languages, which is cool, because we haven't learned Armenian yet. This service also included the acceptance of an apartment with a realtor, where the entire apartment was filmed for us so that there would be no controversial issues later. Today we are already moving into a new apartment, which we are very happy about. Thank you very much, Rosa! I will recommend you and your agency to my friends 👍🏻

I am thrilled to work with a real estate agency, especially Maria and Rosa! In the housing search groups, I noticed interesting ads from Maria. As soon as I wrote, she clarified my requests, sent me suitable options immediately, and on the same day we walked around the city and looked at apartments. When they found a good apartment with an excellent location, Rosa promptly prepared all the papers. I did not plan to move in immediately after signing the contract and Rosa took this into account in the documents. During the inspection of the apartment, a couple of flaws were noticed, but at the reception Rosa personally checked that everything was fixed. They also showed me what and where in the district is located, and gave me advice on what is better to go for. I was very touched that they were worried about my comfort as their own! After signing the contract, they did not disappear, but monitored the correction of small things that they did not have time to correct by the time they moved in. I applied remotely, and they helped me quickly find the option that suits my criteria. Upon arrival in Yerevan, they helped with 2-day hotel accommodation at a reduced price, beat off the evil and greedy bombed taxi drivers at the airport, and showed the selected apartment on the spot. Throughout the whole time, we constantly kept in touch, drove a car, helped with the transfer of things. Before settling in, the apartment was cleaned and this is perhaps the only negative moment in the whole story. The external service was responsible for cleaning and the guys didn't sweat much, I cleaned up after them for half a day on my own. But I think the Eyris agency has already found other counter-agents, so you shouldn't worry :) I would like to thank Minas Jan, who actually supervised my check-in. He was always there, helped out and introduced to the peculiarities of local living. Dear Rose, my compliments for your strong business acumen (both literally and figuratively).
