I contacted the manager by phone on 09/17/21.to find front shock absorbers for my Toyota Avensis Verso.I found the original ones in excellent condition and ordered them.They brought it on 09/18/21. I looked at the house and took it away.when I installed them at a hundred having spent 160 rubles for installation and began to make a collapse, it turned out that the right one, as they explained to me, was curved and most likely from a broken car.When I called the manager, I said take it back and the fact that you spent money on the installation doesn't bother him much because the spare part is used.and it doesn't bother him (it says on the website that all z.ch.are checked) as a result, I bought new shock absorbers, put it back, paid the money and took it to the founders street (how aries That's how they'll bring you home.how to pass it, so take it yourself to hell on the cakes) the guys from the OTC checked everything on the spot (they say so it's visually visible that the curve)they issued it quickly and took the money.another nuance, as explained by the manager, is that you can come to take it, but there may not be money there :))) I was lucky.so think about whether to contact this company.

I ordered the part and checked if there were any defects. The website does not indicate what is wrong with the defect, the manager did not warn about the defect. In fact, a defective part arrived.. The manager says it's not my fault, it's the storekeepers. send it back, we will refund the money, and WE WILL TRY to return it for delivery. Time and money have been lost.

The problem with refunds! I ordered a bumper from them, the seller brought it, to my comments, he said that it would be possible to return it if anything. The bumper didn't fit. I came to return, but the BU body parts are not exchangeable. By the way, the seller gave me a leaflet with this information AFTER payment along with the receipt.

F-Cars are rare scammers. I made an order online on their website (with payment), no one called back for 2 days!!! I called myself, they said they didn't know anything about my order and asked me to call another specialist, gave him his number. The specialist said that they could not find a spare part in F-Auto and if they did not find it, they would refund the money. No one from F-Auto called back for a week. I called them myself - the same story, they can't find it, "we'll call you back in half an hour.".. There was more than one call for another week, he called himself - the same story :))) I asked this time how long to call back, they asked in half an hour. I call the F-Car in half an hour to a specialist - no one picks up the phone. I call the call center, the operator "I don't know anything", "I will give your number to a specialist, they will call you back right now.".. No one called back. More than one employee did not even have thoughts about admitting a mistake and apologizing.F-Auto is a terrible service, I do not recommend it to anyone!
