The food was brought very strangely, two were brought almost immediately, the rest began to be brought about 30 minutes later. One guest was actually served his pizza an hour and a half after ordering. I.e., he just sat for an hour and a half looking into everyone's mouth. The juice was brought by the cook, holding the glass with dirty hands by the very edges. The steak was advised, in the end it turned out to be very good. Pizza is not like we are all used to in restaurants, but as if the cook made it for the first time from what was, pasta seems to be the cheapest just from the store, cheese is the same. The only thing I liked was the signature burger.
Also, when ordering, it was an important clarification that they had a martini, but it was not there upon arrival.
The impression is so-so. For such a price of dishes, the service is complete...

I rode on the second and third tracks , both are crooked and you need to adapt to each one according to the curvature , in fairness I will say that I have not met any flat ones anywhere . We go on weekdays , so that no one interferes with the noise , you can order games on the billiard table for half an hour , so that you can add variety to your evening leisure . So everything is pretty good and accessible .

We came to play bowling and eat pizza. The pizza was disgusting. Not only are all the ingredients from the menu, but also fresh warm cucumbers in the filling. The dough is cardboard. Such a pizza for 25p caused a feeling of deception.
They don't give out replacement bowling shoes, music from the category "and again a gray night.."
Bowling - maybe, but I don't recommend pizza.

The waiter girls and admins are cool. But the prices are kapets.... The prices for the bar are off the scale. The prices for billiards are 2 times more expensive than in the arena (although in the arena it is not worse). The price of bowling is similar to the price of bowling in Minsk. Of the cons:
The kitchen is very weak. We had a banquet for 25 people. The birthday girl was constantly nervous and quarreled with the staff. I ordered 6 plates of local slicing, they brought 3. They argued that they loaded everything onto three plates. They did the same with kebabs. Instead of three plates of shish kebabs with chicken and three plates of pork kebabs, not 6 but 3 plates were taken out.
The kebabs were pale and not appetizing.
Another big disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the hall. The heat was 30 degrees, and the presenters could not conduct the events, as the guests were eager to go outside, there was at least a little wind.

We celebrated my husband's birthday. The availability of bowling and billiards greatly diversified our program. The administrators are very nice young people, they helped us choose the menu wisely, and organized dances for us. The food is delicious and fresh. But the waitresses somehow didn't really keep an eye on the table: empty plates stood on the table for a long time, drinks were brought only after a reminder, and sometimes they went and put them on themselves. In general, everyone enjoyed a very good rest for Borisov. I think this is not the last time we visited this institution.

I strongly do not recommend this institution. The track was booked for 1 hour of play. The balls are just disgusting, they had to be disposed of a few years ago (half of them are gnawed, some parts of the ball are missing, some jump for some reason). Of the 30 minutes we spent there, we waited 15 minutes for the administrator to sort out the technical problems with the balls (as a result, we did not last 1 hour, we left earlier, with a spoiled mood). If you intend to visit this institution in the evening, you plan to come there with a flashlight, because there is no light from the 1st to the 4th floor......

In my case, two tracks were occupied. Ours are 3 teenage girls and the second is a big family. They were playing before we arrived, so they took all the light balls for themselves.
But even after our arrival, they did not offer us a couple of light balls.(There was 1 child in their company, the rest were all very grown-up people).
In the end, the game completely broke down, stopped counting, but by that time they had already brought us pizza.

We visited this place on 12.12.20 On this day there was an oath in a military unit nearby. Because of the employment in the Amsterdam cafe, we came to eat at the "Factory" (Borisov). Teapots with tea were brought first from the order (although we did not ask for anything to be brought immediately separately from the order). We waited 20 minutes and realized that no one would bring the teaspoons-I went to get them myself. I was given 1 for four, there was no more (let me remind you: this is during the pandemic period, 1 spoon for four). We waited for the order for 1 hour. The salad arrived. The cook decided to replace the ingredients in it without notifying us at his discretion. For example: he replaced the mushrooms with mushrooms. Instead of beans, he put a double dose of fried carrots and onions, and did not bother to put crackers at all. The result was a very greasy salad. It was necessary to eat it with bread, it was included in the order. However, no one brought bread, so I went to get it myself. The only delicious dish was mashed soup with mushrooms. When we ordered 4 cappuccinos, we were again offered to settle for 1 spoon for four.
To summarize: just as when transferring for a car, I cannot transfer Belarusian rubles instead of dollars to the importer (replace beans with carrots), you also have no right to do so. It's just that I work on a large scale (cars), you work on a small scale (food).
I suppose you understand who I'm writing for? Not for your waitresses, who were smiling shyly, because they are hostages of this situation. I am writing for those who are the founders of this company. There are good words, "Be faithful in small things, you will be put above many things."..Start with the basics-buy spoons...
P.S. Screw in a light bulb in the women's toilet, otherwise it feels completely humiliating to "do things"...
