We sold the premium sofa Madrid in October 2023 for 105,000 rubles (170,000 rubles today), and gave an 18-month warranty. In November 2024, he contacted the company with a statement that the sofa did not meet the declared quality - foam rubber sank to the boards all over the sofa, although the upholstery was as new. The Sota company offered me to repair it for 42,500 rubles. What about the Premium Sofa warranty????? After the review, I was also added to the Blacklist!!!

For service, delivery of a sofa for 120,000 .....I can bet 5!!!!That's all.....after 8 months of operation, the foam rubber in two pillows completely fell into disrepair!!!Since the warranty has not ended yet, they changed two pillows for us, and refused to replace the third one!!In appearance and quality - absolutely different foam rubber!!!! So, BE CAREFUL when buying products from this company!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Deception. The price is too high and does not match the price tags. We decided to buy (order) a bed and a mattress with delivery. Delivery of bed 3000 and mattress 3000. There is one receipt, two deliveries (according to the number of goods). If there had been another pillow in the receipt, the delivery would have been indicated for it. I do not recommend it. Deception. (At the same time, they try to enter your personal data into their customer base without even asking for your consent. In order to spam, presumably).

Attention, in the store, add + 2000 rubles to the cost of the product on the price tags. We bought a sofa, so for us to pick it up ourselves, we were additionally charged 2000 rubles., the service is called Pickup.And the delivery costs 4500. Complete nonsense. When asked why you don't specify the real price, the seller replied, it's not for us, at the factory. I do not recommend it-it is a deception.

Terrible service!!!!...we ordered a sofa and waited a month, we were fed "breakfast" that we would bring (at the same time the prepayment was paid!!!), eventually when they started calling and swearing, they added our number to the blacklist, we had to call to clarify from other numbers....they take the money before, after they mess up and they don't even want to be responsible for it!!!
