The hotel is good in terms of rooms, skyline category. Great view of the city. Of the minuses, the staff does not speak English well, the breakfasts could be more varied. A slightly strange concept of mineral water in the room is just a bottle covered with a paper lid, water with a taste. It would be better to replace it with mineral water in its original packaging. The cleaning is good, but too early. At 9 a.m. there is already a card under the door. The Michelin restaurant does not pull even for 1 check-in. A good selection of conference rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday. The staff's work is beyond praise, unfortunately, I did not remember the names. Upon a call, they bring everything they need to the room, and we were pleased with the wooden toothbrushes and the filling of the minibar. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts. We had a great view of the city, the proximity to the highway did not interfere. Very beautiful light in the bathroom, as a girl, I can't help but note this) let's close our eyes to the well-worn leather sofa and carpet, although the room was above the standard. But how a hotel of this level missed the fact that a guest's birthday is already a serious flaw)

This is a 5+ star hotel, the most stellar I've ever met, the best hotel in my life, room, bed, interior, service, floristry, spa included, everything is excellent, the food is prepared by a Michelin chef, an excellent world-class hotel
