I've been there many times. Everything is high quality and delicious. Very good pilaf. The staff is slightly scattered, but with a constant full landing, it probably can't be any other way. At lunchtime, the queue is already outside. This is an excellent indicator of popularity and quality!

Faiza is one of the best online places in Bishkek, the main advantage is price-quality. Good menu, quality food, good price, mostly fast cooking. To date, a serious drawback is waiting, in our turn, especially at lunch and in the evening, waiting for a table to be available. About 15 years ago, we spent a lot of time in Fayza, but as the years passed, the expectation only increased. I'm a rare guest here today.

You need to book a table in advance, it's not realistic to get there day in and day out. I immediately went with this knowledge to order takeaway food.
There was a big queue, because the locals love this place very much, and tourists too. Waiting for a takeaway even in 20 minutes does not bother anyone, because in the final you will get the most delicious safe proven traditional food for cheap.
I ordered manta rays (6 pieces, large), lagman (also not a small portion) and a liter of compote. About 600 soms came out.
