A cozy and truly family-friendly place with a stylish interior and cute decor, very spacious, which is very convenient for visitors with strollers or animals. The food and drinks also did not leave anyone indifferent: the croissant is warm, with large amounts of filling, delicate cheesecakes were complemented by sour cream and sweet raspberry jam. The prices are standard: 36 rubles were given for the raf, cocktail and the above-mentioned dishes.
I would like to wish strength and patience to the employees who can withstand a large number of visitors with children of different ages😅🤗

The most terrible cheesecakes I've ever tasted!
the worst service in our 5 days in Belarus.! The order of orders is not being followed! Lost time! Rudeness and absolute indifference to customers.
I do not recommend it!
Details below:
We are tourists and stayed nearby, we were glad that there is a cafe with breakfast and normal reviews next to us, so we decided not to waste time on the way to the center and come here.
We indicated that we were in a hurry and asked how long it would take for the food to arrive, we were told that within 20 minutes.
It was close to home for us, but we decided to wait on our own.
For 40 minutes, neither drinks nor food were brought to us, after repeated indignation and reminders about ourselves, asking for a refund and willingness to leave, drinks were still brought to us.
We started preparing these drinks only when they gave us these disgusting cheesecakes made of solid flour from the kitchen (they apparently forgot to put cottage cheese there too, they save on customers!), fatty and raw. And so, these cooling plates were standing and the girl started making us coffee. The food should have been returned, now I regret it, but the mood was already so spoiled and I didn't want to waste any more time. I had to eat my companion's sandwich, otherwise I would have gone completely hungry.
I would like to note that several people who came after us have already been served by this point. There were also tables available.
And what happens during rush hours?
Why such inattention.?
It looks like they just forgot about us and started doing it only after a reminder.
It's a shame when you're traveling and every minute counts: you need to have time to see everything and spend so much time waiting for your drink is just irrational.
And one more thing: they didn't bring us our order at first: they put someone else's filter coffee. We understood by the look and took it to the cashier. The drink stood there for a while longer, the girl left and came, and then she took it away to the customer!
She had to redo it, we could try it.. He's already cooled down. I would not like to be in this client's place, but as I understand it, this approach is the norm here.
In addition, the girls are completely lost, one is indifferent, confuses orders and wanted to spit, the other is rude. if you made a mistake, you forgot- correct yourself, apologize, but no.
The mood was ruined.
I don't even want to remember anymore.

It's a cool place. I ordered an ice cappuccino and a croissant with chicken, very good indeed! The prices are average for Minsk. But the service needs to be worked on (the girl was not in the best mood, did not say hello, but just looked down at the tablet, instead of ice cappuccino, I got ice latte, but I did not touch it anymore)

It's a good place to have a cup of coffee with a pie. The staff is polite, friendly, attentive. It is located near the metro.
The coffee didn't seem quite hot to me, maybe a Latte, a lot of foam?
We happened to be here by chance, on our way to the pharmacy. Parking for 4 cars, and there is simply nowhere to put it in the evening, about a block away.
Well, as it is, everything is good, so far 5 stars.

I've been coming here regularly for over a year and it got worse over time.
There used to be sandwiches that were much better and tastier, maybe even a little bigger. Now, no matter how I come, there are only croissants, but they are small, the filling falls out and it is very inconvenient.Pancakes are usually half-baked.
The coffee is still good and there is a choice of grains, which is a plus.
The music is good, there is water, a small terrace. But the food has become much worse over the year.

The place has deteriorated very much. I usually take coffee and desserts here with pleasure. Today I stood in line for 10 minutes, being the first at the checkout, no one even turned to me. One employee was doing the food, the barista was washing the dishes. To the logical question of how long to wait, the employee also, without paying much attention, mumbled that it was a long time, at least another 10 minutes. Don't stand if it doesn't fit.
Wait 20 minutes to order coffee in the morning? Well, you can at least give me a good warning in advance.

26.03 visited this coffee shop with his wife.
The bad impression began with the fact that a barista named Alexander did not greet me when he came to the counter, but looked down as if I was not there at all, and then only answered my greeting.
Next, I ordered tea, coffee and 2 desserts. After paying the mentioned price, we were offered to sit at a table, without providing a receipt. While waiting for the order, I realized that the price was higher than the one stated in the menu by 1 ruble. When the barista brought our order, I asked why the final price was higher than indicated in the menu, to which I received the following answer:
- the information on the blackboard (where the cost is written in chalk) turned out to be outdated.
When asked why, then, the same price is indicated in the paper menu, I received a similar answer about outdated information... Please note that there were no apologies or promises to fix the price on the menu.
After that, a girl named Elizabeth (as I understood it, the barista's assistant or the 2nd barista) came up, said hello, returned the overpaid ruble, apologized and explained that this was a glitch in the computer menu and they would definitely fix everything.
It wasn't about the ruble, I always leave a tip. The fact is that I felt cheated, and no one would like that.
The institution wants to give 3.5 points for the atmosphere (it's worth working on it a little);
Barista Alexandru - 1 point for service;
A girl named Elizabeth - 5 points for professionalism and, of course, tips).
In general, the establishment has a satisfactory assortment and prices.
