We are very grateful to the cafe staff for a great children's birthday. The administrator quickly helped to decide on the menu, everything was just right, Anna held a wonderful cooking class, she is great at captivating children. The waiters helped with everything, the cake was solemnly taken out to the child, everything was packed with them... I definitely recommend this place to just stop by while walking in the park if you are hungry, or to celebrate a family holiday.

We celebrated the year of the child, the choice fell on this institution for a reason, a great location in Gorky Park.All the food is delicious, the waiters are on top, they have a separate respect!!! The cake was taken out, the lights were turned off, in general it was very cozy! The most important thing is that all our wishes and preferences have been taken into account, I bow low to you, the holiday was a success, the emotions are positive, there is nothing to complain about at all!
We were on Tuesday, a weekday. The children's room is not big, but for such little people, there is plenty of everything.

Disappointment, unfortunately. Although it used to be quite a good family cafe.
We were walking in the park, and the company of 2 adults and 2 children came in. None of the receptionists or waiters came up to us, they just walked past us. Half of the hall and verandahs were empty or dirty tables after the guests. There were signs with armor on some tables, but not all of them. However, after many attempts to find at least one of the staff to accommodate us, we were told there were no places. Then they also sent us to the second hall so that we could look at the places there ourselves and find another administrator who is responsible for that hall. No one could be found in the other room. They turned around and left. During the time we were there, we watched how the guests independently took the menu on the counter and cleaned the dirty dishes after the previous visitors, because some of the staff could not get through. It's a pity, guys, that you have such an attitude towards visitors. Years of positive visits to this cafe were crossed out at once.

First impression: a huge hall, but no one from the people. When we tasted the food, everything fell into place. The pizza is tasteless, the pancakes are greasy, the cheese sauce is a delicious mayonnaise.
Among the advantages: a good interior, there is a children's menu, TVs in the hall.
One waiter was very kind, the other one always forgot about us. 50-50.

there is a girl in the children's room who looks after the children, turning away into a corner (see photo).
There is one high chair for the whole restaurant. An institution for visitors with children. One high chair. The doors are open - it's cold (it became clear why they were sitting in jackets).
And I can't say anything bad about the staff. They're trying. But they can't cope. And it cannot be said that there are few of them.. there is a question about the organization of the whole process. The impression that it was opened and abandoned. Flounder on your own.
in general, I will not return and I do not advise it.
Of the advantages:
- the interior is bright, the food is not bad. You can say it's delicious.
Of the minuses: zero service, the toilets are dirty and they drink there. And the restaurant too. The children's room is off the block. Cold. Unmade tables.
Why are you so lucky🤔

We celebrated our daughter's birthday, 1 year old, I put two stars for the children's room, even though it is sooo small, and the very location of the cafe, there is nothing more, neither the service, nor the kitchen, nor the institution itself did not like it, and the prices are decent! A liter of juice is 15 rubles, for information. It was very noisy, not cozy, no one was waiting for us at the appointed time and did not meet us, the table was not fully set, the snacks were not ready yet, although the banquet was ordered a month in advance! We were waiting for readiness on the street, taking into account the fact that we ourselves were delayed. It's good that I called a week before the event to clarify the details, but they tell me that we are not recorded at all, somehow… In general, I do not advise you to celebrate important events in this place. You can choose where to sit. You can sit on the terrace overlooking the river, you can sit on sofas, you can sit at a table. The idea for the cafe is great and the place is nice and calm. There is a game room. Moreover, you do not need to be there with the children. There is a huge screen in front of the entrance, where you can see how your child is playing. It was a pleasant surprise)
We rested there on 12.06 and of course chose a place on the terrace..It 's summer , guys) ... It was cozy. They brought us two menus: adult and children's. There is a choice. A large assortment of pizzas. We liked the pitch.
The waiter of course wanted to show off his "excellent" memory, but as they say it was worth writing down) he clarified the order several times. But the mood was good and this incident of his was a minor detail.
There are chairs in the toilet near the washbasins, where you can put the child and he will help his hands on his own. There is a place for diapers too)
We liked it. Ahah. We stayed so late that we were late for the swing)))

A wonderful children's room, decor in the hall, attention to detail and comfortable bathroom.
The smell of burning from the kitchen was a little confusing, but maybe it was only at the tables closer to the counter.
We tried the banquet menu - average, but I liked the pizza from the main one. I will note the variety of dishes on the children's menu and very tasty ginger tea.

We came to this institution today. We booked a table in advance. The only question is why. It turned out that today they celebrate the kindergarten graduation there. Why they didn't warn you in advance by phone is a big question. There was no way to go to the toilet, as the scene with the animators was unfolded. The reserved table turned out to be at the very end of the veranda, with a "wonderful" view of the trash next to the waiter's counter and the shabby walls of the back of the cafe. Question: why book a table in advance if you actually get the most disgusting table. Take it away altogether. Oh yes, we booked a table for a birthday and wanted to celebrate in this cafe. Thanks, I don't feel like it anymore. They left the cafe.

Previously, I would have put 5 stars, but since about the middle of summer, the situation has changed.
We were regular customers of this cafe (we visited about once a week, it was delicious for the children, mom was happy).
Then unpleasant moments began to happen: then they would forget about us and you had to go for the menu yourself, it was dirty in the children's room (I don't mean scattered toys, namely dusty and untidy.)
Previously, they constantly ordered soup, side dish and cutlet for children, but after the child got a terrible yellow skin in the cutlet, which it usually happens at the base of a chicken drumstick and the child almost vomited, they stopped ordering cutlets at all.
There are no normal fresh vegetables (cucumbers, sliced tomatoes) even in summer.
One of the advantages is a really delicious pizza, a fairly clean toilet.
There used to be very tasty cheese sticks, then just some
terrible fat dripping from the cheese (apparently, they didn't heat up enough oil in the deep fryer).
If athletes are fed at this time, the waiting time will increase by 20 minutes.
We were last in September, maybe something has changed.

From the good: fast service, I ordered soup for my son and the pasta was brought in less than 10 minutes, it was nice, the soup was not hot as I asked, the child was able to start eating immediately, and very tasty chicken soup! I took fish soup and roast beef salad for myself, visually everything looks very nice! Very helpful staff, we didn't like the dish, we couldn't eat it, they met us halfway and didn't include it in the bill, it's nice to have such an attitude towards the client!
Of the cons: the child did not eat pasta with cheese and cream sauce, I tried it myself and they were inedible, either the cheese was stale, or we simply did not appreciate this dish. Of my dishes, I would not repeat the order, the roast beef salad was excellent for the freshness of the products, but the dressing was too sour, I did not like it at all, and it is the key in the salad. Fish soup is beautiful to serve, I ate it, but I won't take it again, I can't even explain why, it's not very tasty, but when I'm hungry, I can eat it.
In the children's room, my child is 1.5 years old and I have to go to the playroom with him, going into this one I wanted to start cleaning toys, which I started doing, because it was simply impossible to walk from the cluttered things, because honestly it's hard to call it all toys. The kitchen is good, but there are very few dishes or they are lying around somewhere, we did not find them, the slide is small and a large constructor. All other toys are either without batteries or just broken, so the child is not interested in playing them. Therefore, I would put 2 in the game room.
But for rather edible food and service, I put 4, the attitude towards the client plays an important role.

The place is ambiguous in fact. We have been there many times - there are few places where you can sit in Gorky Park. We left 2 times without waiting for the menu. We went straight to Kamyanitsa, where the level of service was different from the threshold!
This time, they brought pancakes with lightly salted salmon, the fish clearly smelled of rot and mold. It's scary to eat it. And it is impossible, the body refuses to swallow it. The dish was taken back. Moreover, the waiter reacted normally. But then the administrator came! And for 15 minutes she convinced us that the dish was normal, there was something wrong with us! The fish is good, these visitors are not like that. And they taste bad! Guys, that's not how it works. If your dish is suspicious, replace the dish and offer compensation. And don't say that the visitors misunderstood something.
Compensation was offered, but nothing was done. We didn't ask for a replacement - they said all the fish are the same. We didn't pay for the dish. The pancakes themselves were delicious, yes, it's a pity that we were left without dinner properly. And yes, and my husband still felt bad in the evening.
It's better to go to Kamyanitsa, nearby, the price tag is the same, the rest is much better.!
