Good things end up on doners, and that with sauce is often overdone.
The staff does not know what the diameter of the pizza is.
It is extremely problematic to speak with them in Russian, and it will not work with most of them at all.
None of them is able to explain why they work from 19:00 for a whole month (without any announcement).
Coffee is most often not available, and when it is, wait at least 15 minutes for it.
You can also get 4 coffees instead of one per 400 ml.
There is no falafel. It surprises and disappoints.
Burgers: you wait 15 minutes, they bring a crooked something with a dubious cutlet at a temperature of 15 degrees at most.
It's easier, faster and cheaper to cook on your own than to come here hoping for a miracle. I will continue to do so.
