We agreed with this service station (Towbar center at 5A Mashinostroiteley str.) to install a towbar on your car on Wednesday at 9 a.m., we recorded it from the beginning, but later called back and said that this time was busy and they could reschedule the application for Thursday.The amount and list of works were discussed with their consultant in advance. Upon arrival on Thursday at the service station, I was offered to fill out a questionnaire (work order), after which I asked their master which tow bar they would install for me and whether I needed a bumper trim, he showed me 2 types and said that one of the two but which one he did not know, after which he called back the person who would allegedly install the towbar, too, did not give clear information. After waiting for the installer, my ill-fated towbar, (who came up to my car either with an important look or with a scared one), I asked him a few questions about trimming the bumper, he replied that most likely there would be trimming, but he did not know for sure because he had never installed towbars for this brand of car, the pistons that attach the casing of the bogie may break during dismantling, but this is how he answered the customer's problems to me, and they demonstrate checking the electrics of the trailer device on a homemade (artisanal production stand). After which I concluded that not professionals work in this service station, I asked to open the gate, closed the bogazhnik and left with an unpleasant sediment on my soul and lost time.

I agreed in advance on the time and date, I arrive, they say that I am not recorded, they said this person has nothing to do, takes orders and distributes them to different HUNDRED clients (the intermediary sucks) and cuts the dough called him, said that he did not write anything down and will try to find another HUNDRED. It was the 3rd day....
