I really liked the hotel! Thanks a lot to all the staff. Delicious breakfasts and lunches , excellent location, well-maintained courtyard, swimming pool, clean rooms.. The sea is a 5-7-minute walk away. Nearby restaurants, shops, Luna Park. The staff is Russian-speaking. I would like to single out Tatiana's employee at the reception, Christian's boyfriend (I apologize if I misspelled the name), and Irina from the buffet. Special thanks to the guards near the pool. The pool was never left unattended for a minute. Thanks to the chefs! I liked everything very much. I would have come back again. Recommend.
The only downside is that the rooms would like to be cleaned better. The floor was not washed under the bed, I walked with bare feet, my heels were dirty.

Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel has a very good location relative to the beach and hangouts. I recommend taking a room without an emphasis on the view. The view is good everywhere. As for the kitchen, the food is on top! I recommend taking breakfast and dinner included - it will be more profitable this way, they cook very tasty.

Good rooms, good housekeeping, a warm welcome for Russian tourists. There was enough of everything at the breakfast restaurant, without queues. The products were reported on time, everything was fresh and the pastries were impeccable. I have never noticed that tourists put fruits or sandwiches in bags or pockets. The only downside was the cats. They're just bandits, not cats... They climbed on the tables all the time and stupidly, they were accomplices of the meal. The bar and pool are without complaints . Such an almost four-star hotel.

I liked the hotel, the room had a sea view, but we also paid for it. They are fed like everywhere else in Cyprus, there were even days of Japanese cuisine. The alcohol bar is normal, the wine is good. The hotel is conveniently located, 3-5 minutes walk to the sea, the territory is good, the pools are large, the staff speaks Russian, very pleasant employees

Theft in rooms by hotel staff.
We rested in this hotel for the second time, from 11.09.2017 to 21.09.2017, room 114, 4 adults and one child 2.5 years old (we had room 114, friends 119)because for the first time we liked the hotel as a whole (yes, there are many different flaws, as in any hotel, and cleaning not like in European hotels, and always during the time when the child sleeps during the day, and the same thing at breakfast, change the towel 1 euro, deposit 100 euros, returned at check-out, paid safe, paid refrigerator, etc. well, this is not five stars, we thought, yes we are not picky and tried at the hotel to spend a minimum of time on this, in general, the hotel suited us according to the location and what kind of service), for the second time we came with friends. It all started with the very check-in, the hotel turned out to have some overlays and there were not enough rooms, we were offered to stay in a room with friends for one day, and for this they offered normal compensation, we agreed and we felt good and the hotel solved the problem with the rooms. We rested without any special excesses until 09/20/2017 (again, the hotel had an overlap and again we went to meet the hotel for compensation, it was mutually beneficial for both the hotel and us, thanks to the manager Lelda, but that's not the point) just before departure. I always listen to music or a book with headphones at night and fall asleep, in the morning I always have a charger by my bed and I put the AirPods headphones on charging, so it was this time. Well, I put it on the charger and we went for breakfast and then to the pool, and just at that time our room started to be cleaned. After cleaning, my wife went to put the baby to bed for a nap and noticed that there were no headphones (before leaving, she told me not to leave them like that and put them in the safe, but I did not listen), she thought that I still put them in the safe. After sleeping, I came to the room and wanted to put the headphones in the safe to go to the sea together, but alas, I did not see the headphones, they began to find out and it turned out everything that I described above, the headphones disappeared after cleaning. Well, the first thing we thought was that they rolled somewhere, rummaged through everything in the room, except that they didn't squeeze the toothpaste out of the tube, they went through every centimeter, well, there are none. I tried to look through the iPhone (headphones always display the charge level in the "Batteries" if in the room, but there was no such information there, i.e. there are simply no headphones in the room. Well, I think nothing, we were lucky, there's a camera hanging against the room, the hotel will figure out who stole the headphones. And when I came up to the reception, the girl assured me that everything would be OK, the manager would figure it out tomorrow, but at the moment there is no one, no management, no cleaners, and she has no way to watch a camera, or act otherwise without guidance, they say in the morning everyone will start solving the problem of loss. But in the morning, until I came to the reception myself, at about 10:00, no one informed me about anything and, as I understood, did not take any action, tadaaam! I.e. theft is not a problem for the hotel management at all and they did not deal with it! Russian Russian manager was called, but pretended in English that he did not understand everything I was telling him (when the hotel first solved the problem of lack of rooms at check-in, the manager girl communicated with us in pure Russian), and then another employee appeared, and the one who speaks Russian it is impossible to call in any way because she has a day off, again, there is no emergency for the hotel, there is absolutely no reason to bother employees on weekends. All his arguments and solutions to the situation boiled down to the fact that I myself either put them somewhere and forgot, or lost them, or they rolled somewhere, and the maids were brighter than all saints and did not take anything. I expected that after such an emergency, the management would strictly hold conversations with the maid, check the cameras, check her locker, check who entered when and find out how the AirPods grew legs, and the hotel management only deigned to go into the room and take off the sheets and see that, hmm, there really are no headphones. And the fact that they disappeared after cleaning did not bother the hotel management at all, they just said that the maid did not take the headphones! Why? Yes, because she said so herself. In general, the headphones disappeared by themselves, the maid did not take them, we can not help in any way. All this lasted, of course, for more than one hour and then the climax, I see the very manager who speaks Russian, I come up, I say, and you know about the situation (everything that I described above), and she tells me that no, no one told her anything, that's how, again, there is no emergency in the hotel no, or is theft by hotel staff from guests not an emergency for the hotel management at all? I'm honestly shocked! Not only have we suffered damage of 165 euros, moral damage, 2 days of rest were ruined, but the hotel management did not have anything, no emergency, and the management does not know what is happening in the hotel at all.We have been traveling for a long time, we have been in European fives and Turkish threes and in mossy hotels, but I have not yet met such indifference, such lack of professionalism and uncovered concealment of theft on the part of the hotel management. I was most impressed by the position and attitude of the managers and management of the hotel, I did not even think that this was possible in 2017 in a four-star hotel in an EU country. Therefore, be careful, and do not believe anyone, keep things at least in a safe, because Europe may have learned to smile, but they steal everywhere and in civilized countries too. Have a good trip and fewer hoteliers like this.
