Disgusting attitude of the staff!! the rules of etiquette are not trained! when calling, a woman answered to clarify the information, was rudely confused in the answers, then refused a request to introduce herself. Upon further request to provide the director's number, she replied: nothing to call and hung up.. If the cafe has finished its working day, then why answer the phone and be rude??
