On 03/16/26, I ordered glasses with photochromic lenses from Fielinn optics (Zhilunovich str., 15) for the amount of 399 rubles. 19.03 I came to pick up the order. When trying to adjust the glasses for me, the staff demonstrated complete incompetence — for a long time no one could correctly perform basic adjustments. As a result, the adjustment was still done, although not exactly what I wanted. After receiving the order at home, I found damage — scratched paint on the frame. This indicates a gross violation of quality control. A legitimate question arises: how was the product with an obvious defect transferred to the customer? Neither the foreman nor the staff who issued the order carried out a basic check. On the same day, I contacted the optician again with a request to return the product of inadequate quality. However, the staff refused to refund the full cost, stating that it was possible to refund only the cost of the frame, or replace it. Such actions are contrary to the consumer's rights. Only after I independently found and presented information about the current legislation, I was provided with a book of comments and suggestions. I consider such behavior of employees to be a manifestation of incompetence, lack of professionalism and unfair attitude towards the client. I demand a refund of the full cost of the glasses as a defective product. It is especially disappointing that I have been a customer of this optics since its foundation and there have been no previous similar situations. Obviously, the level of service quality has decreased significantly at the moment, which is a pity.
