The store has a fairly wide selection of frames, it is very spacious and bright, but the staff is as unpleasant as possible in communication, any question regarding glasses is answered by any of the sellers with a kind of mockery, presenting themselves as a guru, and exposing a potential buyer as a fool / fool. I will not go to this branch to buy anything anymore and will not advise anyone, but the network itself is good. Perhaps there are more friendly specialists working in other branches.

The service is good, but the prescription is not.
The doctor doubled the diopters, they found out only when they received an order from another optician, it was not possible to order here, and there is no problem with the optics in which they ordered.
The error was revealed by comparing old glasses and consulting another doctor, and from personal experience it is impossible to wear, when worn for more than 10 minutes, it feels like sand got into your eyes.

I came here for a frame 3 times. Each time, the staff discouraged the desire to buy here.
When I first came here, I asked where I could look at the frames, they showed me certain racks, there I could find a couple of options for myself, but there was something wrong with each of them. And while I was choosing a frame, the staff did not hesitate to negatively discuss the staff from another store of this chain in full voice.
The second time I decided to go and still choose one of those frames because there were no other options. By the way, the seller was one of those who was on the day when I came here for the first time. While I was choosing, I saw a rack with more expensive frames, such as Armani, they were on the shelf under lock and key. And the rack is located a little apart from everyone, near the cash register. It turns out that you could also choose a frame there, but no one told me that the first time (In the end, I liked a couple of Armani frames. From communicating with the seller, I was, to put it mildly, not thrilled.
For the third time, I decided to communicate less with the staff, and immediately ask to get a certain model of an Armani frame, but even so I could not buy it, thanks to the staff (After my request to get me this model, I had to answer several questions that seemed to indicate that I did not like this frame I can't afford it, and therefore I don't want to get it, although I had RayBan sunglasses on my head. The feeling is that the staff has megalomania and they are selected for this particular quality in this store, because they managed to communicate with three sellers. I will not set foot here anymore, I will look for this model in other stores.

I would like to express my indignation about visiting the Fielmann optics store on 164 Nezavisimosti Ave. We turned to this SALON, which looks decent, but the service is like on the market. A consultant named Ekaterina Pavlovna needs to be trained in communication skills with customers and manners of good manners. During the selection of glasses for the child, emphasis was placed on the fact that we were offered budget options (although we did not say that this was an important point in the choice), and when servicing at the checkout, the 8-year-old daughter was offered to wash the floor in this store. You will lose most of your clients with such staff.
We are unlikely to contact the next one.

The staff is just awful!
They behave arrogantly. You still need to ask for a consultation.
