Very unpleasant and unqualified staff. During the examination, the ophthalmologist went out 3 times to chat with the cashier, and when she returned, she did not remember what she had done before. When asked which contact lenses have a higher oxygen permeability index, she replied: "What's the difference? In all cases, it is normal. They used to wear lenses and worse and nothing happened, they didn't go blind!" And one more disgusting nuance - all visitors are unpleasantly discussed after leaving, the ophthalmologist is outraged that she is being asked questions, and the cashiers in response are unhappy that a person cannot make a choice for a long time. In case of dissatisfaction with the quality of the product, they try to convince you that it all seems to you and in general the problem is with you.
