I go to classes in the women's fit boxing group. Everything suits me - location, cost, training time, the opportunity to park the car for free (check-in from Belorusskaya Street). Equipment is provided for the first time, then you need to buy your own.
It's a little cramped in the locker room, but I don't think it's critical.
Girls with different levels of training are engaged in groups, new ones gradually join in, some basic elements are taught by a coach, more experienced comrades suggest and show something.

Just the perfect place!
I've been going to the gym for three months, everything is clear!
Tomorrow I decided to sign up for a group Thai boxing match with Stepanov, in the future I will add a review regarding boxing.
