I go to classes in the women's fit boxing group. Everything suits me - location, cost, training time, the opportunity to park the car for free (check-in from Belorusskaya Street). Equipment is provided for the first time, then you need to buy your own.
It's a little cramped in the locker room, but I don't think it's critical.
Girls with different levels of training are engaged in groups, new ones gradually join in, some basic elements are taught by a coach, more experienced comrades suggest and show something.

I was at a trial session, I want to leave feedback.
1. You don't know where to go at all! There are no signs: women's locker room, men's locker room, toilet.
2. It's very dirty everywhere. I did not understand the logic of shoe covers only in the gym, if people walk from the locker room in slippers through the mud and enter the gym in them. And you do it wherever there is a place.
3. I want to mention the disgusting work of coach Alexey Parkun in MMA! Instead of a normal warm-up, we did 10 somersaults, stretched our necks and started wrestling..Any wrong move can tear your muscles or get another injury.
How can you practice on a cold body?
I am generally silent about the fact that a person gives some kind of moronic bundles 3 minutes of struggle and 3 Physical exercises without rest. And to my questions that I don't understand how to do the technique, he says "I should have looked," and to my words that it's naturally hard for me to fight with a man who weighs 10 kg more than me, he says "so what..?"

Nice gym!
The two main advantages are the training staff and high ceilings.
Convenient location, if by car, it is better to park from the side of Belorusskaya Street.
If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of martial arts for the first time, enough shorts and T-shirts, you can also grab a towel with flip-flops, gloves can be taken at the club (although you are not alone, so from the point of view of hygiene and smells, here for an amateur), the first training sessions can be without equipment, you have enough to do.
Of the minuses, something tarry drips from the ceiling, so it's better to take care of good things and not drive them at all (the problem is relevant especially in summer)
