Theory is taught perfectly, special thanks to Vladimir Ivanovich Soloveyko.
With driving, if you're lucky. Instructor Vladimir Ivanovich shouted more in class than he taught anything. During classes, we went to construction shops on his personal business. In general, after lessons with him, it was scary to get behind the wheel.
Later, he took additional classes at the same driving school with instructor Dmitry. In 3 sessions with him, I learned more than in all the previous ones.
Regarding cars, 2 Lada Kalina in questionable condition and 1 Renault Logan. A few weeks before the exam at the traffic police, the Kalina I studied at broke down. It was never repaired before the exam, so I had to take it in another car.
Retakes are free, the tuition price does not change. However, there is a recalculation for spent fuel, from 20 to 80 rubles.
To sum up, there are pros and cons. It's a matter of luck, so I would recommend not checking it and choosing another driving school.

A great place I entered there recently for the 1st year of a new specialty. In general, mgak is a pretty cool college where there are a lot of modern technologies, equipment and two museums!
