The bank in the Russian Federation confirmed that the error is not on their side. According to the exchange rate at the time of transfer, there is not enough from 1500 to 2000 SOM. The support service has been responding the same thing for 3 days already. As I understand it, no one is going to deal with this issue. Be careful if you use the services of this bank. I highly do not recommend it!

You need to constantly push support, remind them of your situation, write complaints - then at least they do something. Moreover, they cannot simply answer what the difficulties are and within what time it will be resolved.
If you need a bank for remote work, so that you do not need to come to its office to resolve any issues, Finca is definitely not suitable for you. At least there are difficulties that they cannot or do not want to solve remotely. And I don't have the opportunity to come to the office to solve issues eye-to-eye without brakes.
