The best restaurant in Minsk! 6 out of 5. Located in the center, beautiful view from the window, pleasant interior, service - as if not a service, but went to old friends, with which there were several times and all the commands were "not strained" friendly. And of course the kitchen, everything is very tasty, snacks, main dishes, but pea soup.... I ate it for an aperitif and then for a digestif. Surprise with pea soup, you have to try)) You will not find such a hit at all points even in Moscow. If you were in Minsk and you weren't in Fiori, you weren't in Minsk))

I give 5 stars for the service and interior!
But I expected more from the choice and taste of the dishes. The risotto was over-salted, the tart for dessert was too sweet for my taste.
I haven't figured out the joke with the beautiful dishes with birds/animals yet. Initially, it stands on the tables, but the dishes are served in a different dish (white without drawings).

Let's go for the beautiful dishes. We booked the table in advance, but upon arrival, we were a little upset. Since we did not know that there were two halls, and in one of the two wooden tables without a tablecloth, as we had. And our table without serving beautiful dishes. Very good service. An amazing tiramisu dessert on a beautiful plate, toast with avacado is ordinary (toast, cottage cheese, avacado, tomatoes). My friend's cheesecakes are delicious. But then, of course, the neighboring tables were then served, they were able to look at the dishes from the side. I will definitely return, with clarification, to the next room.

Upd, unfortunately, it has become worse over the past couple of months. No, not bad, but usually. The tartare seems to have become less fresh, the onion feels more, the risotto was brought cool, the service was also of higher quality earlier.
Upd, it got even worse. The quality of the food has not improved, but an intrusive and tactless service has been added. It's a pity, there was a good restaurant when they opened.

We were here for breakfast. The breakfast menu is not bad. The service also did not cause complaints. For some reason, they cooked for a long time, with minimal loading. Messed up with pancakes, but promptly apologized with a compliment. I liked the approach to cocktails (you make it up yourself from a simple plate), I took lemon on gin with champagne - magical.
