I love this gym, there's a lot of space, a lot of different exercise equipment and other sports equipment, but the only problem is a non-working women's shower, it's not very pleasant to stumble home sweaty (

Excellent gym, reasonable prices, a large selection of exercise equipment, smiling and friendly instructors. I especially want to mention coach Tatiana, whom I work with :) a wonderful coach, we found a common language from the first lesson. Tanya is a wonderful, attentive and responsive instructor. The training takes place in a friendly atmosphere. Explains all the exercises in detail, and will explain them to the last one until it works out. She explained all the questions about nutrition very clearly. You can always write to Tanya, she will answer and explain. It will teach you how to eat competently and correctly. You can ask absolutely any question without hesitation. In general, I'm happy :)
