I took the Lenovo Thinkpad T15 for Repair.
Pavel, an employee, very professionally and efficiently suggested what the problem was. He disassembled the laptop with me and performed a high-quality diagnosis.
There were no accessories (cooler), but they gave me a link where I can buy a cooler (link to aliexpress).
After waiting for the components, they literally took my laptop with me, replaced the cooler, and I checked the functionality after literally waiting 20 minutes. They even asked me if I had disassembled the laptop, because it seemed to the mater (not unreasonably) that the cooler tubes were being removed, and before that I had just taken the laptop to another service center and the master noticed this (the amount of thermal paste was incorrect).
The wizard fixed it, even suggested that in order to check the CPU usage at 100%, you need to connect the power supply (otherwise the laptop switches to battery saving mode and limits CPU usage to about 70-80%)
The cooler started working like new - quietly and smoothly.
The master wiped the dust off the laptop and I didn't even recognize the laptop initially, I thought that the master had taken out another new laptop, but it was my laptop, the master just wiped all the dust off the keyboard.
And yet - the initial diagnosis (problem search) was carried out for free, which also adds a plus to them.
I give 5 stars and in case you have problems with computer equipment (in particular Lenovo laptops), I recommend this service and Pavel's master.

This is not the first time I have applied to this service. The masters have always helped me. So this time they helped my mom, she accidentally spilled tea on her laptop. I want to start my review by contacting this service after a bad experience elsewhere.
I applied because there was no image on the laptop display. In the first service, the diagnosis was carried out in bad faith, as a result of which they said that they needed to completely replace the matrix. We bought it, inserted it ourselves, it didn't help. We fought verbally with those people for a long time and came to nothing.
I was lucky to find this service. I took the laptop, signed the contract immediately (in the last service, the contract was signed the next day, when I personally came for it) After 20 minutes, the master calls back and says that our native matrix in the laptop is fully working and only needed to slightly reinforce the loop. Additionally, the thermal paste was replaced and the cooling system was cleaned, as well as the missing mounting bolts on the back of the lid were inserted. They took only 50 rubles for the job.

A year after repairing the power connector in this service, I decided to clean the laptop myself and found very interesting modifications left by the five service masters.:
During the repair, the craftsmen broke the battery cable attachment and simply glued it on.
And without my knowledge, they replaced the Wi-Fi adapter with a probably cheaper module.
We also lost one of the cogs on which the cooling system is mounted, not critical, but it shows the skill of the service staff.

I think a lot can be understood from my experience.
I contacted the service with a short circuit problem on the motherboard. With my crooked hands, I first got thermal paste on the motherboard, and then I also removed it incorrectly. The laptop was dead - it showed no signs of life.
I took it to Five service. The next day, they called me and outlined the whole situation. They said that the motherboard needed to be repaired and named the amount - the price did not change and for exactly that price I took the laptop out of repair.
I applied to the service during the May holidays, but even with this in mind, it was done for me in 14 days.
Maybe it will seem long to someone, but from the repair I got the laptop in better condition than it was before! In addition to the fact that my motherboard was repaired, my coolers were changed, all components that were not working after the short circuit were restored, and screws were put where they were not. I also had one of the screws loose that opens the cover of the laptop, which was also repaired for me. All the dirt was removed.
In general, in addition to the fact that the laptop was brought to life after almost clinical death, it was also given good prevention.

I do not understand at all what merits this company has such a high rating on reviews. The laptop with the problem was given away (after self-cleaning and replacing the thermal paste) it stopped turning on. I had not applied to the services before, I was led to the high rating of this institution. As a result, about 4-5 days of diagnosis - a possible problem was brought out (the multicontroller), they assured me that the processor was not working properly and perhaps the processor flew (I repeat, I only disassembled and cleaned the laptop, while observing all the rules, I did not climb into the contacts, etc.). I don't know how the processor could fly during a routine cleaning. A couple more days passed, the controller was replaced and they said it was still in the processor (they put up a replacement price of about 450-500 rubles), although people who understand me a little now will understand (there was a regular celeron in the laptop) where such a price comes from, of course, is their business. After two weeks of incomprehensible diagnostics and putting me on the processor, I decide to pick up the laptop and give it to another service. After calling the master, he says, come and pick it up tomorrow. I ask the price for working with a multicontroller, etc.- to which the master answers (you do not owe money), we will solder off our controller and install yours back. I think that's nonsense, but I already realized that Sharashkin's office and I need to pick up the laptop.
As a result, it wasn't me who took the laptop, but my girlfriend. When I came home and opened the laptop lid, I see that the controller was not even soldered back, just put in a bag.
But the whole denouement of the situation. I already give it to an ADEQUATE SERVICE, literally after 4 hours they call and say that the processor flew and the price is 330 rubles for repairs. Well, I think it means this fate (although I don't understand how you can ruin the processor with a regular cleaning). After 4 days, the laptop is ready- I'm coming to pick it up. And what is the result?
And the result is a multicontroller that this MIRACLE SERVICE (assured that it was broken) turned out to be fully functional. And the master says that , with a high probability , your processor was still alive ( because we found traces of soldering on your old processor ), (although I didn't ask them to touch the processor at all) and most likely initially we could do with little blood (by the type of circuit break, etc.).
I give a huge piece of advice to future customers of this service!!!!!! Don't contact them and don't get fooled by good reviews (I don't know where they got so many positive reviews from). In fact, I described the real situation to you above. They ruined the processor , and even tried to bend it for the repair of already working components.

My Asis G75VW is a favorite and reliable (10-year-old on seals) laptop, it has been ill lately. The problem was with cooling and the terrible noise of the GPU cooler, constant reboots. I called and wrote to 6 offices, looked for a GPU cooler (for one CPU) under the order, found out the repair prices. Three offices, having recorded the brand of the laptop, promised to call back as soon as they found the cooler, but they got lost! They found a cooler in two offices, but the repair cost was like an airplane wing.
Only in fiveservice.by clarified why I think the problem is in the GPU cooler. After I talked about all the symptoms of the laptop, I was told that the cooler could be restored without buying a new one. That is, just to carry out the prevention and cleaning of the laptop with the replacement of thermal paste. The laptop was brought to the guys in the evening and, as promised, I picked it up the next evening.
My pet is fully operational, quiet and as new (tested for 3 days for 12 hours, not one reboot and 60-65 GPU temperature) the prices are adequate! Thanks to the professionals!
