Previously, when they first opened, these stores were good for everything: both goods and prices. Now the picture is completely different: prices have increased decently, the assortment has become poor, especially confectionery. My most favorite candies with various alcoholic liqueurs and cognac have disappeared. And the chocolate in these candies was very decent. And since February, I haven't seen these candies anymore. I miss them a lot. The staff is polite. They will always tell you where everything is.

The cashier refused to accept non-cash payment by card, citing problems with the terminal. I offered a cash payment, which was refused again, because the cashier could not change the 2000 tenge bill. After I still insisted on making a purchase in your store, the cashier girl was rude to me, but she still found the change. I want to know why, in order to make a purchase in your FIXPRICE store chain, you must have an amount with you that you do not need to give change, why does your staff allow themselves to be rude in response to a fair remark and how many customers did you miss due to such work of your employee?
