We purchased 4 devices from Flars LLC in April 2022. During the warranty period, the mains power supply of one of the devices stopped working. A representative of Flars LLC said that this was not a warranty case, it was their own fault. And although the verification period of the device expires only in a month, it is still necessary to hand over the device for verification (for which money will be taken accordingly), and maybe the power supply will be repaired. That's the attitude towards customers and that's the guarantee.
