Не довелось пожить в этом месте. Но к сожалению довелось пообщаться с хозяином или управляющим. Дело в том, что в агрегаторах это жилье можно забронировать только с безвозвратной предоплатой. Деньги списаны, и через 15 минут звонит хозяин и сообщает, что еще не известно, будут ли апартаменты свободны в указанные даты. «Ждите и надейтесь. Ведь сейчас там живут командированные из СВО». И общение происходит в хамской манере. С бросанием трубки. Деньги зависли, настроение испорчено. Не советую. Извините.
