Usually, finding an apartment in Tbilisi is a lottery and compromises, but the guys from Flip Flat have turned this process into an art. We found a picture in 1 day. What struck me the most: the agency has its own internal filter. They don't discount everything, but select really stylish, aesthetic options in nice and comfortable areas. During the screenings (which I was taken to by the agency's car, which is a separate thrill), it became clear how deeply the guys know the city.
