The service is just at zero. When you enter the room, the music screams at all that the florists can not even be heard, only when the second person came in, the music was made quieter.
As a person who does not really understand bouquets, I immediately said that I needed a bouquet for the holiday in the region of 50 rubles.The girls' faces are unhappy.I do not offer anything, although if they had been disposed to themselves, they could have offered something better , no one would have refused to buy.There is no price list for packages.(apparently the packaging in transparent cellophane and ribbon costs 17 rubles, because the flowers themselves cost 30 rubles, in the end the amount is 47)They also don't issue checks.
However, when you visit their website, for some reason there is a choice in the area of the same 50 rubles and the bouquets are quite good, but why not offer to collect something and pay a little extra? Apparently, it is not fate to fulfill their duties, what kind of cash registers are there at all then? It's a pity for people who stumbled upon just such a service. I hope that not all employees are like that.
To give 50 rubles for a poor bouquet is something, but the work is done, you can't fix anything, but I definitely won't go there anymore.

I came to the store on 02/14/2025. I wanted to buy flowers, there was no choice from the word at all, I chose what was without looking at the quality. Later, my wife informed me about the poor quality of the flowers, honestly, I don't really understand it.
My wife called and reported the problem, and then she went to them. As a result, they were rude to her, they said that she beat me with them, they didn't really argue as flowers, they immediately started shoving money and telling them not to come here anymore. And also a woman (an employee) claimed that my Wife was to blame, and so on. We just wanted to find out what was wrong with the flowers, but we started doing this.
There is a lack of customer orientation and good manners towards clients. The employee with black hair behaved incompetently and very carelessly.
Besides, if people are confident in their colors, do they immediately shove money? They didn't even ask why the payment was made, they didn't ask for a receipt, and so on. They just behaved abominably, and I can say that they knew perfectly well that there were problems with the flowers.
