I was very worried, because for the first time I sent a bouquet to another city, but the insanely friendly, polite, responsive Tatiana dispelled all my worries: she helped with the choice of flowers for the composition, took into account all my wishes and nuances. On the spot, I chose and signed a postcard to my mother. The day before, a photo of the composed composition was sent to me.
