I wanted to buy flowers, there were 30 minutes left before closing, there was a receipt of the goods. I asked if I could buy flowers. To which they replied in a disgusting tone, "you don't see, I have a receipt for the goods, I still don't know anything myself." I asked, "should I wait or can't I buy today?", to which I was successfully ignored.
If you don't know how to work with clients, don't take it.

They treat customers inattentively, cheat on prices.
She asked to make a bouquet by March 8, threw them off in the bouquets insta as an example, named the price.
On the 7th, she asked to throw off a photo of the bouquet, if they had already done it, they said "the same as in the photo."
And when it came on March 8, it was not a bouquet, it did not look like what they had on Instagram at all.
As a result, they added gypsophiles, as was the case in the examples in the photos, and asked in a sad voice, "well, it's okay if it turns out more expensive?"
In the end, I took it because I wanted to give my mother flowers on March 8,
they said they were fresh, and in the end, after a couple of days, just a withered branch, although my mother took good care of it, put it in a cold bath.
It's not about leaving, they also seemed strange to me.
Moreover, one branch of poor exhausted flowers is 15p.
