Expensive and small. There is a website with a phone, it says "Optics", I call and there they politely send me to look for myself. It's not serious, BUT the prices are serious. Wish, put things in order and learn how to keep the client.

I ordered glasses a long time ago (before the operation). A nice sales girl recommended a couple of good frames. The choice is large (at that time). Glasses are not made quickly, but with high quality.

I needed to replace the lens in my glasses (the child was broken in kindergarten), I turned to Focus optics at Alibegova str., 13, because the glasses were bought there. The employee refused to change the lens, saying that there is a crack on the frame and when the master inserts the lens, the frame will crack. It was visually visible that it was not a crack, but a scratch. I turned to another optics salon, where they did not pay attention to this scratch at all and replaced the lens as soon as possible. I will not contact the Focus salon on Alibegova Street anymore, because it was immediately clear that they simply did not want to help me with replacing the lens.
