The salon has a pleasant homely and cozy atmosphere, you feel completely relaxed, which is very important.
My master made a beautiful pedicure, gave recommendations on skin care. She talked sweetly and kept up a conversation, called by name. The receptionist sincerely asked how everything went, offered to sign up for the next time. Thank you very much, I left smiling)

It's a completely non-customer-oriented salon, this is the first time I've applied and I won't apply again. The master girl didn't like my nail for something, although it's not the first year or the first time I've done coatings and I've never met such an attitude towards clients. To refuse the service, taking into account that it is January 2. I've never seen a better customer orientation.
Can you imagine what it's like to come for a manicure on New Year's Eve and find out that you're being turned around because the girl didn't like something with the nail ?!?!
I
really want to see on the basis of what the girl master made such a decision and what guided her, it is unlikely that she has at least a secondary medical education.

Very hard seats, flat back, everything was rolling away from my legs, in general, I saw this for the first time at all…

I signed up for the removal of the coating and sawdust of the mold.
The coating was removed painfully, I made comments, then I resigned myself, I asked for a shorter length, as a result one is longer, the other is so short that the finger pad is visible, I showed the master that by nature no one at home cuts nails short, to my remark I received "you asked for as short as possible", where the finger pad is visible the master made a wound with a nail file, the work was not finished, I decided not to injure my nails here anymore, I left after paying, but with one hand not sawn off. I am writing a review for the first time, but I was taken out. They took the money, left with a short nail under the meat and with a wound. I'm not writing for a bad mood, I'm writing for "I don't recommend". I have never encountered such unprofessionalism.

Two fingers were cut
For the design of two minimalistic daisies, they counted plus a "complex design"
Strengthening was also counted separately, since apparently a manicure without strengthening for 70 rubles is the norm for these experts
I didn't see the Kraft bags in my eyes, they didn't open them in front of me
The master does not know where the varnishes are and *** all over the salon in search of them
In total, together with a discount, I had to pay 66 rubles for all this ugly creativity
I think that such "craftsmen" need to break their hands and I do not advise anyone to visit

I only had a pedicure for a week. The varnish from the thumb simply "got off". Knowing that the studio has a warranty system, I came to repair one nail. But the master said that there was a blow, although I did not hit anywhere. It was just a trip to the lake, but after contact with water, a high-quality pedicure does not spoil. And it's not about 4 rubles. Unfortunately, it is absolutely not a customer-oriented attitude.

But the quality of the pedicure was not impressed (perhaps I got to a novice master and therefore this is the result).
