01/21/2025 I bought a product in your Wildberries store - spring clamps 2 pcs. and I paid for it. After that, upon careful inspection and comparison of the working qualities of the two clamps, I found a breakage in one clamp (the plastic eye near the attachment was broken off). I asked to approve the return of the product. I was refused. I consider the actions of your employees illegal. My feedback about your store is the most negative.
The managers of your store treat customers with disdain.
I do not recommend others to buy the product in your store.
