Good day.The fort of the First World War.We were here after a trip to the Augustovsky Canal.Of course, an engineering structure of this scale is admirable.Loopholes for shooters, machine gunners and artelerists.Everything is in concrete.The Second World War did not spare him either.I definitely recommend you to visit.Be careful on the ruins.Very dangerous

A lot of Rowan trees have grown in the cracks of concrete walls 1-2 meters thick that were obviously formed after the explosions, and there are a lot of strawberries on the slopes, near the 2nd and near the 1st defensive Forts. It's like some kind of memorial berry...

It is convenient to visit if there is a car, there is a small parking lot on the side of the road next to the highway. The place is well maintained, but the structure itself is untouched, in its original form, without restoration. There are advantages to this. If you want to climb inside, take a lantern and look at your feet so as not to fall through to the floor below. The fort is quite badly destroyed, visually it is from explosions from the inside, and not from the impact from the outside.

Ruins. Those interested can walk around the catacombs. But there are sinkholes and rubble. You need to be prepared. The outside is slightly preserved. Check-in from the side of the asphalt road, the path to the monument of the Grieving mother. And then there's a path to the left. The navigator does not behave correctly at all, it leads to a gardening partnership. It's better to find your own way.
