A great place for holidays and relaxation! We celebrated February 14th, and it was a perfect evening. The atmosphere is incredible, the price tag is quite reasonable, and the sound is simply amazing. Singing along helps you always on time, creating the right atmosphere for singing. It is very important that the room temperature is comfortable.
In addition, the variety of dishes pleases, you can not only break away to karaoke, but also enjoy delicious food. The staff is always attentive, especially the waiter Oleg is worth noting — he is always on top! We will definitely come back! 😊

One of the advantages is an extremely adequate manager, intelligent and professional, a good organizer.
There's plenty of room for dancing.
It's a tolerable sound, if you're used to the good stuff, then just suck it up and enjoy it.
The smoking room is on the floor, well ventilated. This is important in winter.
The staff is polite, pleasant, without a hint of the arrogance of a Michelin restaurant.
On the downside, if you are placed on a sofa and you are of average height, then your table will be at chin level.
The cuisine is below average, most people didn't like it, but you and I know it's a matter of taste. For us, to be honest, what was offered was far from worth the stated price. But no one left hungry.
Summary: the company can be tried. I, a person experienced in karaoke, am unlikely to return, although I will remember the wonderful atmosphere of this holiday.

We found out about the place on the recommendation of friends and decided to celebrate February 14th! We haven't had so much fun in a long time. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff worked perfectly. A huge plus was that the queue for songs did not have to wait forever, as in some establishments.

I was at a corporate party, the service was terrible, there were 2 waiters for 100 guests, the empty dishes were cleaned after probably an hour or more after everything was eaten, drinks and alcohol were running out, but not a word was said about what else was somewhere and was not replaced with a new one (although it was bought) but it was in the I saw it on the side, personally, and maybe it was delivered to the tables later, but I didn't see it.

Tea and coffee were originally included in the price, they came to ask for a fee, they said that they had broken through the wrong menu or something... And that's why we have to pay separately now.
They also looked at us with eyes like we were straining them, even though the whole place was paid for and rented...
In general, I used to think that I should go there for karaoke, now I don't want to, think 100 times if you want to take this venue for your event. ☝️

I did not find a normal snack, the dishes are just scanty portions at a very biting price (even though the price of the dishes includes service by a waiter, presenter, back vocalist, cook, etc. It's just too much)
3) When I arrived, I ordered a beer (15 rubles for less than zero five)
They brought me a bottle and a glass with ice, put it right next to me...
I am not a regular at such events, I rarely go to establishments and do not understand. And this time I didn't figure it out, I mistakenly poured beer into a glass with ice.
The receptionist came up and immediately began threatening to kick me out of the institution next time..
I asked her not to be aggressive, explained that I had made a mistake and that I was not pleased when they talked to me like that... Well, the man clearly didn't care, there was no apology. (Despite the fact that I admitted my mistake and explained that I did it without knowledge)

there are no questions for the backing vocalist and the presenter. I asked the sound engineer to make the minus a little louder (I couldn't hear what to sing), but I didn't find any changes. Therefore, he constantly lost his rhythm when he sang.
A friend took the microphone to sing, she has a quiet voice - no one made her louder)
As a result, most of the positive emotions for this evening were received not because of this institution, but rather in spite of it.
My friends have a similar impression ...
I will give 2 stars only for the fact that the place is large and beautiful, the furniture is comfortable, the equipment is not bad, there is a smoking room and you do not have to constantly go down to the street to smoke)

The last time we were shocked by our banquet table, the portions were scanty, although the grams on the menu were as usual. Everything was fresh, delicious, but there was nothing to eat, having paid the bill 1600 rubles. The staff, the atmosphere, the music are at the same level as it was. The table is 1 star.

We were with colleagues to celebrate on March 8th.
1. I had to go to the bar on my own and order cocktails. It was impossible to wait for the waiter.
2. There was not enough air at all. The first request to turn on the air conditioner was ignored. After the second one, it was turned on for about 30 minutes. Then it was turned off again.
3. The presenter (the one who hands over the microphones for performance) is not a very pleasant companion. This is not the first visit to this institution, and once again we agree that we do not want to return. His appearance conveys only one thing: why did you all come here??? Replace it.
4. The backing vocals did not try to correct the unsuccessful performances at all. My ears were just popping. Although there are a lot of ways to solve such situations.

We were served by a girl (full) I do not remember the name. They asked to bring non-alcoholic beer, brought warm beer, asked to replace it, to which they heard in response - there is no cold beer, we can cool it - put ice in it. The administrator (Ksenia) is not customer-oriented!!!!! Instead of resolving the conflict, she argued with us in "very" raised tones! I do not recommend this institution!!!! If you don't want to leave in a bad mood!!! The management of this institution should pay attention to the staff!!! They don't know how to work with people at all!!!
