My husband and I were at the Timiryazev Photo Store, choosing a new lens to replace the broken one (I was very pleased with the range of lenses available in the store, the whale lens was RF 50 1/8, I decided to take 24-105, because it is better suited for my type of shooting. The level of knowledge about the capabilities, purpose and even technical characteristics is simply top class, a huge thank you to the guys, few people know and can do so much. We bought and tested it right in the store, the seller Pavel answered all your questions and even showed you a couple of chips, for which I am grateful) If I break this one (God forbid), I'll turn to these guys for a new one!

It's a great store. I arrived there on December 24 before the holiday. I was looking for a memory card for 4k recording and a card reader for it. Seller Pavel recommended good options (it was important for me to purchase the original - it was in stock). The next day, I ordered a battery for a Sony camera from them. I didn't go personally, I ordered delivery. They arrived on time on the same day (on a day off!) For those who value time, I recommend it!

I bought a Nikon z30 camera on 03/29/2024, when buying, the manager tried in every possible way to persuade me to buy unnecessary junk at a high price)) but there were also necessary things like flashes, synchron., at the time of purchase, they were not needed urgently, I knew that I would come for these buns a little later)) but in general, he communicated politely, showed the minimum basics of using a camera Today, 04/14/2024, I decided to buy a flash for this camera and asked to tell me how to use it, to which the answer came "aaah, well, it's a long time" when they turned on the flash, they clicked-it works, of course they offered to buy a bunch of everything additionally, I agreed to a soft box, I also repeated several times that I needed a synchronizer for the flash (after all, in last time, the manager spoke so coolly about him) today, either the mood is bad, or the purchase from me is cheap, we talked on the dump, the managers asked each other 10 times if the synchronizer they offered me would work, and they doubted very much, to which I said verbatim "if you doubt, then let me not I will buy" I was offered to buy more batteries for 10p to check whether it works or not, if not, they said "insert the batteries into the remote control" What if I don't want to buy batteries at three times the price? "well, then check at home, if it does not fit, we will make a refund within 2 weeks" I warned that I live far away and it would be inconvenient for me to go to return, they replied "it should work in theory" AS A RESULT: OF COURSE IT DOESN'T WORK! I called the store, another manager answered the phone, was polite. I asked him to help me figure out how to connect the synchronizer. He said that the manager who served me would contact me and hung up. 20 minutes of waiting, I call: " your manager IS LOOKING FOR HOW TO CONNECT, he will call you back" Is he looking for a fiction? Are you selling and you don't know what!? Okay, I'm waiting for another 20 minutes. The manager who sold it to me called back, read the connection instructions, everything corresponded with me, but the flash from the synchronizer did not work! I explained to him that even the flash icon does not appear on the camera screen, he replied "well, then it does not work, bring it, we will make a refund" The conflict has already begun, I asked to send me a courier in Minsk so that he would pick up the goods and make a refund, they refused me, they did not make concessions.... I ask the higher management to understand this situation!

If you want to buy something from the equipment in this store, then my advice to you is not to do it! A camera was bought for work, after some time the shutter broke, in general, they took it for diagnosis and later for (attention) THE PROMISED repair of the shutter.It took about a month, instead of the agreed 14 days, so nothing has been done yet. "Thanks" to the store and the service center, it's a pity for the time spent! They also poked a finger at the warranty card item, which is not subject to repair under warranty if used for professional purposes.Then that begs the question!What is the purpose of buying a camera?probably just to stand on the shelf!
