The operator was a woman. She has such a way of saying that she is not allowed to work with people at all. With a stretch, through a girl, don't you understand me?
A man stood in front of me for 30 minutes, his document was redone, he arrived for the third time, some mistakes were made , and the woman in front of me returned her passport photo. I waited for these 2 people for 40 minutes, I just need to print 1 sheet.
The operator girl works slowly, speaks with increased intonation, It feels like she has such a burden to print this 1 sheet, that my God . And raise your voice all the time , I 've heard enough of this in 40 minutes ... It 's not very pleasant , to be honest .
I come for the second time 1 time the operator was a man, a very pleasant polite person. Change an incompetent employee .
